BO Beatrice Orsi Let's Talk
Growth marketer, builder, educator

Beatrice Orsi

I work where performance, creative strategy, automation, and AI-enabled problem solving overlap. My instinct is rarely to optimize one campaign in isolation. It is to understand the system, find the friction, and make the whole thing work better.

70% Lower CPL at Talent Garden, from roughly 50 EUR to 15 EUR.
85% Year-over-year revenue growth supported at Paint It Easy.
50% Less manual work through process redesign at Positive Impact Rating.

Growth with structure Paid media, funnel thinking, audience insight, and sharper reporting logic.
Builder mindset Automation, AI workflows, and practical systems that reduce repeated effort.
Performance + systems Creative strategy + AI

Built for messy, ambitious marketing problems.

My background is broad on purpose. I came into marketing through content, photography, education, community support, project coordination, and experimentation with digital tools. That range is now one of my biggest strengths.

I am a data-driven growth marketer with a very human way of working. I like clear metrics, better questions, smarter workflows, and marketing that actually fits the audience it is trying to reach.

Whole-system thinking I look at leakage across the funnel, reporting gaps, misleading attribution, creative mismatch, and repeated operational friction.
Teaching as a professional skill I naturally move toward mentoring, documentation, enablement, and helping teams make better decisions instead of just moving faster.
Technology without hype I have been comfortable with digital tools since my teens, from HTML and CSS to Photoshop, automation tools, and AI-supported workflow design.

The roles that fit me best usually sit somewhere between growth marketing, performance, creative strategy, marketing operations, and AI-enabled enablement. I am especially useful in environments that need both momentum and structure.

100% Survey completion rate achieved through stakeholder guidance and process support.
80% Cross-product conversion impact surfaced in a spillover analysis that changed budget logic.

Career highlights, not a wall of job titles.

These are the roles that best explain how I work today: performance roots, stronger systems thinking, increasing cross-functional scope, and a growing focus on AI-enabled workflows.

2026 - Present

Dagsmejan Ventures AG

Ecommerce performance, cross-market analysis, lifecycle ideas, AI enablement potential

I joined to improve paid media performance, especially across Meta and Pinterest, but quickly moved into a broader audit of the business. The work spans Switzerland, Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, and the United States, with attention to market behavior, product mix, timing effects, lifecycle opportunities, and stronger AI-supported analysis.

Talent Garden

Digital Marketing Manager, full-funnel lead generation, creative strategy, KPI governance

This is where my profile became unmistakably more senior. I worked across multiple education products, budget peaks around 25k EUR per month, broader growth logic, reporting governance, creator and UGC coordination, and closer collaboration with sales and CRM. The most visible outcome was cutting CPL by about 70% while improving booking rate by around 20%.

Paint It Easy

Growth for an experiential, community-driven brand

A very different challenge from education lead gen. This role mixes performance, local growth, brand sensitivity, creative coordination, community management, and early automation thinking in a business that depends on trust, participation, return visits, and multi-location visibility.

Positive Impact Rating / IBS

Marketing and engagement across institutional stakeholders, workflows, and guidance systems

This work is less about classic acquisition and more about making a complex international process work better. I supported website and communication management, stakeholder coordination, survey operations, tutorials, troubleshooting, and CRM-related redesign that cut manual work by around 50%.

Workflow redesign Stakeholder enablement Tutorial systems 100% completion rate

The work I want people to remember.

These are the examples that show how I think: not just campaigns going up, but why they improved and what changed around the system.

Talent Garden

Full-funnel lead generation redesign

Reworked acquisition logic across products with tighter collaboration between paid media, reporting, booking behavior, and downstream commercial outcomes.

CPL moved from roughly 50 EUR to 15 EUR.
Booking rate improved by around 20%.
The result came from a better system, not one lucky test.
Talent Garden

Cross-product spillover analysis

I challenged a reporting model that looked clean on paper but did not match commercial reality, then mapped how products influenced each other across two years of data.

Up to 80% of outcomes came from spillover and cross-product dynamics.
The analysis changed how budget allocation needed to be interpreted.
It is one of the clearest examples of my systems thinking.
AI & Automation

Practical internal tools, not AI theatre

I build lightweight experiments that reduce repeated work and help me understand what companies could realistically adopt without adding unnecessary complexity.

Automated invoice workflow using n8n and AI-assisted development.
Cross-account Meta publishing automation prototyped in about one day.
AI-supported campaign audits using Claude for spreadsheet analysis and synthesis.

A marketer who is comfortable moving between platforms, systems, and creative work.

What matters most is not the list itself. It is the way I use tools to connect acquisition, analysis, operations, and execution.

Paid Media

Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Amazon Ads, X Ads, Spotify Ads.

Analytics & Measurement

GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, SEMrush, Excel, Admetrics, KPI design, reporting interpretation.

CRM & Operations

HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp, Brevo, GoHighLevel, workflow design, tutorial systems.

Automation & AI

n8n, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor, Codex, practical enablement mindset.

"I am usually most useful when a company wants measurable growth, but also needs someone who can create clarity, connect strategy with execution, and improve the system around the work."

That pattern runs through performance roles, stakeholder-heavy environments, and my independent AI experiments alike.

If the challenge is interesting, I am in.

I am especially drawn to roles that sit between growth, performance, creative strategy, marketing operations, and AI-enabled experimentation.

Let's talk about

Growth marketing Full-funnel performance, creative strategy, messaging pivots, and more honest reporting logic.
Marketing operations Workflow redesign, stakeholder journeys, documentation, and systems that make teams less dependent on repeated manual work.
AI enablement Practical experimentation, internal adoption, and better ways to use AI without turning it into buzzword wallpaper.
