Applied AI and workflow design

I explore new tools, learn them deeply, and turn them into practical systems across both work and personal experimentation. These examples show how I test, structure, and apply AI beyond surface level usage.
MultiMeta prototype

Workflow tool concept and prototyping for publishing content across multiple social ad accounts, including upload, posting, and editing.

Designed as an AI enabled content operations tool. In an early prototype, it reduced time spent on campaign publication by about 50%.

AI supported data analysis

In my first two months at a new company, I built a scalable AI supported system for YoY data analysis.

By using Claude, I cut by around 80% the time spent on manual data handling and formula troubleshooting, freeing up more time for interpretation, analysis, and strategic thinking.

Invoice automation engine

Self built workflow for recurring invoice preparation, document population, and admin automation.

Uses n8n, Google Sheets, templated documents, and AI support to reduce repetitive manual work, standardise outputs, and improve monthly workflow efficiency.

AI creative prototyping

Independent AI experimentation outside work to explore prompt design, long context handling, and multi step workflows in a more creative setting.

Used as a structured testing ground for prompt iteration, output consistency, and faster evaluation of new AI tools and approaches.
